Minimum requirements:

• Your website must be related to at least any of the three Anime Dragonball series.
• A nice eye-appealing and neat layout design is required.
• You must offer lots of content and it must be original.
• Your website must have at least 300 hits a day - a prove of this must be shown.
• Your website must not contain any illegalities such as full episodes, hacking content, etc.
• No content for adults only is allowed, as the network was created for all ages.
• You must have a short domain name (.com, .net, .org, ...).
• At least one button of 88x31 size is required.

What you must do:

• put our button on every page that contains textual content.
